Richard Strange - Founder and Inbound Marketing Director
Richard Strange is a successful PR and Internet marketing professional with over 20 years of business to business PR experience. He won his first award in 1996 with a PR Week award as finalist in the ‘best business campaign’ category and later numerous other national and regional awards for Internet, brand and marketing services companies including TW2, M&C Saatchi, MarketingNet and MMM. Following a sabbatical year in 2000 with IBM Global Services where Richard played a key role in the IBM London Innovation Centre consulting team to win and deliver redesigns and new strategies the FT.com and Shell.com.
He used the experience to bring back to his PR agency robust and powerful processes and systems and a whole new understanding of the Internet and business systems.
Inbound marketing has been his passion for the last three years, realising early how the discipline builds on marketing, sales, PR and communication skills. As a contributor at the Inbound Marketing Summit in Boston over the last few years, Richard has been able to see how the leading thinkers and practitioners are changing businesses and lead generation with inbound marketing.

Stephen Morris - Director
Stephen has nearly twenty years' working within B2B and B2C marketing. He brings extensive experience to inbound marketing having helped clients profit from digital communications using creative thinking, content and rigorous analysis.
Beginning his career in direct marketing and advertising, he has worked in online and digital since 1997. Stephen has been a key player in teams that have delivered both the strategic thinking and implementation required to deliver ROI. A focus on ecommerce and data capture has delivered ROI for retail and financial services brands including Early Learning Centre, DSGi and Goldfish.
More recently he has been helping companies like Barclays Wealth, Ladbrokes, Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group and Air New Zealand develop and drive UK and international customer acquisition via digital channels. This has involved partnership with agencies across multiple territories, working to adapt strategy and tactics to local markets such as Poland, Spain, Germany, France, Italy, Sweden, Hong Kong and Singapore.

Marisol Saona - Inbound Marketing Exec
Marisol is originally from Bristol and now studies International Business at Warwick University. She joined Strange PR in June 2011 as a trainee and has since gained invaluable experience inbound marketing and PR. In this role, she has produced notable work for clients such as Irisys, DNA and Kensington. Her additional skills include web design and speaking Spanish.
Outside of the office and her studies, Marisol enjoys travelling, socialising, and keeping fit with cross-country running.
Emma Rudeck - Inbound Marketing Exec
Emma recently graduated from University of York with a BA Hons in English Literature and is currently enrolled in the Strange PR graduate recruitment program. Coming from a background in Customer Service, she is now the resident remarkable content specialist. A crucial member of the team, she is responsible for client's social media, website management and blogging.
Outside of work, Emma enjoys listening to folk and gypsy jazz music, and is a keen walker.
Emma recently became an Inbound Marketing Certified Professional, gaining Honors Distinction in the exam.
Craig Ellard - Inbound Marketing Intern
We are very happy to introduce you to our intern, Craig Ellard. Craig is currently an Advertising and Media student at Coventry University, undertaking the Strange PR work placement where he is learning about the new age of marketing that is inbound. He is currently working on a project dedicated to promoting our company to SAAS (software as a service) clients.
Outside of the office, Craig is captain of his university's football team and runs his own radio show.
